Hi, just tested with CBC in Python-MIP 1.6.3 and selecting Primal, Dual or Barrier works (probably fixed in a previous release but forgot to tell you)

Hello,
I'll include an option to select the lp method.
There are other cbc options (such as the "idiot" heuristic to produce an
initial feasible basis) that also work quite well.
I'm trying to develop a systematic way to define these parameters using
problem features:

Could you provided some of your LPs so that I can try different
parameters on them ? I can send you the best recommended parameter
settings. I would like to increase my training set.
