When pushing a tagged commit (i.e. a release) to main
we run two CI builds for the same push
event: one for the commit to main
and one for the new tag. Currently the name we use for the software environment we create is the same in both these cases.
Since we delete these software environments at the end of each CI build, this can lead to errors like
coiled.exceptions.NotFound: Unable to find software environment with the name 'coiled-runtime-push-main-309f7eb37c312f285812629a5908a8442c062e51-ubuntu-latest-py39' in the account 'dask-engineering'.
since we have multiple build creating / using / deleting the same Coiled software environment.
We should update the software environment name used so it's robust to this situation.
