This is a question not an issue.

My "issue" is that I can't understand the protocol and need more information. After discussing it with many other people, they have similar conclusions. You can view it as a question if you desire, but the point is that some things are unclear in the protocol for many people, and we'd like clarification. Closing this without attempting to address my concerns doesn't help me in the slightest.
Where should questions be directed? There is no information on where to post questions in the readme, nothing on the wiki, and nothing stating that you should only open "issues", not "questions".
