Yep, the sentinel-cogs bucket started to (should have finished by now?) convert STAC items from 1.0.0-beta.2 to 1.0.0 in a backwards incompatible way (and without giving advance notice) 😕.

Ah that explains a lot. I was already expecting it would be something like that, but could not find any announcement on the Element 84 website or Twitter feed. It seems like they are not yet finished as I found a bunch of scenes with the original 1.0.0-beta.2 response.
Will work on adapting the S2COGReader class and make a PR if successful!

I think you can just have a dict mapping the old names to the new names?
