You know that users will have been copied over from the live sandbox during creation, right? But not users created since, which might be what you're trying to transfer.

OK here's two ideas.

If you dont want to change any code you could use SbbFieldOption with ReplaceText in the Insturctions File to hard code the ProfileId for your users to one value. Bit of a hack and it means all the users get transferred with one profile but it might work.

Or if you want to re-build from code, try editing SalesforceTasks.cs method GetObjectRelationships() so that it skips Profile object references in the same way that it skips RecordType object references (about line 103)
