Let players define new methods in the Tome about codecombat HOT 2 OPEN

I had an elaborate dynamic attack snippet I liked but as the character grew more powerful it was less beneficial to worry about taking Attacks of Opportunity as passing by an enemy on the way to somewhere and such - so the "AI" code for my hero actually got worse, because persisting my scripts from level to level is just too inconvenient and if I don't need a good attack script why not just make the hero b-line for the closest and smash...

I really would like to be able to have some way of persisting code. Tabs could be a nice way to do that! the main tab is current level only in the others you can write libraries for yourself?! :)

++1, should be really implemented, it is very upsetting to write my attack snippet every stage for example.
