Thank you for your interest.

Skynet has many users, but most of them are speaking Chinese. I would like to have some english speaking users, but I don't know how :(

A part of the wiki are translated into English https://github.com/cloudwu/skynet/wiki , but I know it's not enough . The lack of documentation is a bit issue to skynet , not just English document, but Chinese document too. My English is not good, I don't have many occasions to practice writing in English. If anyone could help me to improve the documentation (or readme file), I would be happy to help the most.

Your English does not need to be good.

Google translate works well. Deepl.com works even better.
All you need is a bit of understanding of our perspective.

The first thing you need is a better about line. "You only get one chance to make a good first impression." is a common saying. How about: “Skynet is a multi-user Lua framework supporting the actor model, often used in games. “

Then try to minimize the use of Chinese. It scares us off. Whereas English probably does not scare the Chinese developers.

The issues titles in Chinese and English are a great compromise. The Readme does not work as well.
A markdown Readme is also an html page. What you could do, is to create two tabs. One saying English, the other saying **人. Then at the top of the English page repeat that "Skynet is a Lua multi-user framework supporting the actor model." Then go on to say that: "It is heavily used in the Chinese game industry (add some links), but is also now spreading to other industries, and to English-centric developers. To visit related sites, visit the Chinese pages using something like Google or Deepl translate. " And then include the rest of your English README file.

Anyhow keep up the great work. It looks like there are many Lua coroutine libraries, but this is the only one I know of supporting the actor model.

And do request a. Link on awesome lua. A lot of us use awesome lists to find good software.

I hope that helps.

In my understanding, the 'multi-user' often used to describe cloud platform or operating system. And skynet framework has no USER stuff. if we has to use multi-xxxx, I think may multi-services or micro service are better to be used.
