开了cloudflare吗?加载慢有很多原因，看看你的nginx cps策略，还有你如果开了cloudflare，它也是有影响的，还有就是你本地和服务器的IP通信。
要一个个排查，项目本身没有问题，我的都一年多了，都没问题，就是服务器不在国内有点慢，都能接受。
首先找自己的配置原因

我也有这个问题，我是自己编译的，前端没有发现加载失败的JS

这个倒不是代码本身的问题，自己编译的代码，连接本地Mysql没有问题，但是连接到阿里云上的数据库就会存在找不到相关的uploader相关的js文件

换个浏览器吧，然后你清除下cookie。如果你们配置没问题，肯定是可以用的
