Deployment on CF doesn't support multi-buildpack about stratos HOT 5 CLOSED

We have migrated away from the multi-backpack. I will update the documentation accordingly.

Thanks @irfanhabib, could you details quickly why you've not using multi-BP anymore ?

@o-orand We were not using the multi-BP properly. The build was happening in the run phase, therefore, if you didn't have sufficient bandwidth it could timeout (since the max run timeout is 3 minutes).

The reason the build was happening in the run phase was because we have a non standard backend layout (use go-plugins and can't be built using go build which the go-buildpack tries to do).
