gcf space-users can't show information to non-admins about cli HOT 6 CLOSED

There's a lot going on here for sure. We're looking at fixing non-admin permissions on the CC side right now. I agree that this should work as you describe, but we'll soon see what's a quick fix versus heavy-lifting.

My understanding is that we've taken the stance that the CLI should never know whether a user is an admin or not. We could certainly improve this error message so it's a bit less obscure.

@scottruitt is there work for CC to do here? Should we just fix this error message for now?

It's not the best error message, but we've also taken the stance that we should show what is returned by CC. As for the underlying issue, it's not a simple CC fix and not likely to happen in the near term. Apologies for letting this languish without a response, @buddhistpirate.
