Makes a lot of sense for this to be customisable or switched off by default.

It is customizable [1] though if you don't specify google analytics there
is no explicit mention that it defaults to pivotal.io's own account.

I'd be interested to know if [1] actually ever gets set as [2] never
mentions "analytics" as one of the properties to pass through

Agreed, this story has been on our backlog for a while. It's near the top now and I'd guess we'd get to it in the next week or so. I'll keep you posted.

Hi @drnic

This is now configurable via login.yml, as of recent commits (b848047) on the develop branch. login-server/src/main/resources/login.yml includes example configuration. In the absence of configured values, google analytics will be off. These changes should reach the master branch in the next release.
