@dhcole - You'll see that any time your app fails. Check cf events APPNAME looking for app.crash events to get details on what caused the crash. Most common issues are failure to start accepting connections or an app exhausting its memory / disk quota.

Not sure what the deal was, but there was nothing in cf events. Unlikely a ram issue as its just nginx using about 5mb of 16mb limit. It has since stopped though.
