It works with [email protected] and python 3.6.9 but be aware that pyenv doesn't create a dylib unless you set --enable-framework as a python option, which I had to do:
env PYTHON_CONFIGURE_OPTS="--enable-framework" pyenv install 3.6.9from libpython-clj.

Interesting. I haven't tested with Python 3.8 yet, I'll give it a shot.
Also, what version of libpython-clj are you using?

That could be a conflict with 'tech.parallel'. Can you print dependency info? I hit that with cnuernber/facial-rec today

I haven't done any testing with pyenv either. I'll look at getting some testing setup for that.

Given that I would like to close this bug. We need to document this environment work in a environments.md under docs, maybe that should be the bug.
