Getting an issue "_expoModulesCore.requireOptionalNativeModule is not a function" once "ClerkProvider" imported inside an Expo App ) about javascript HOT 3 CLOSED

@mSenad I was able to get around this issue by installing the latest version of expo-modules-core

Hi, I have done all the possible fixes I have seen from both expo and clerk and I keep getting this same error.

I am using expo managed through development builds. It is worth pointing out that I did several development builds during the process of testing the possible fixes that I tried.

So far I have done the following:

1. I performed the recommendations given by npx expo-doctor@latest :

• I upgraded to "react-native": "0.72.10"
• I upgraded to "expo-dev-client": "~2.4.13".

2. I upgraded to expo-router@"^2.0.15"
3. Installed expo-modules-core@"~1.5.12".
4. Installed @expo/config-plugins
5. Verified that I had expo-constants@~14.4.2 installed.
6. I removed all my node_modules and reinstalled again.
7. I downgraded to @clerk/[email protected]

Despite all of the above I still have the problem. I would appreciate any help you can provide. 🙏🏼
