New firmware has just been loaded and same problem, no configuration saved.
In fact the problem is when you build your firmware with the latest source
from cleanflight-configurator.

You need the latest configurator too. 0.50.1. The msp command numbers were changed in both the firmware and the configurator.

That version of the configurator has not been published in the chrome web store yet, i will be merging in some more configurator and baseflight changes that update the msp. i want a release that covers both.

Strange, compilation of the new source don't make the same hex than the one provided. Before there was a little difference, now everything is different. Is it normal ?

That is correct. You would have to build using the same commit number as the binaries were built from at the exact same time/date using the same tools to get an identical binary. Latest master also contains new code not in the binaries.
