Bottom scroll bar doesn't appear about tenfourfox HOT 2 CLOSED

I appreciate the kind word, but I notice you didn't use the bug triage form. 
The reason this is important is it forces people to check TenFourFox's 
behaviour against standard Firefox 4. In this case, the extensions bar was 
removed from Fx 4; see

There are ways to re-enable it and the change remains controversial, but this 
is an expected change and is not a bug.

If you were referring to something else, please advise in this bug, and I will 
reevaluate this issue's status.

I should also add that you can re-enable the add-on bar by going to View, 
Toolbars, Add-on Bar.
