@wardi sorry for the delay, the fix is to repeat the first argument:

As the current behaviour looks less intentional than more due to a missing hrefvalue, I'm not replacing the current behaviour with a different tag. Related, there was a question on the mailing list about linking to the dataset url using its id rather than its slug - data.gov.au has a hard-coded field for that.
