The package version in README.md is for 10.X CUDA. For CUDA 11.X, you have to install the latter pytorch and the corresponding matched torchvision, since the GPU doesn't support the old version. It seems that your torchvision version doesn't match the 1.9.0 pytorch.

I have read issue #23, and have changed setup.py according to here.
However, the problem is not resolved.
I don't think installing latest pytorch with corresponding matched torchvision would help, because #17 says we must use torchvision==0.2.1

I have managed to solve the problem by assigning accimage to None. I will closed this issue for now.
