Thanks for reporting it. Could you send the console output of the learn with your 'pip list' output to [email protected]? (We will use the output only for this fix)

@tylersiemers thanks for the outputs. We fixed the issue and created beta package. Please get 19.4.1b0 for genie.libs.parser by below command.
pip install --upgrade genie.libs.parser --pre
Please let us know if it works.
