I think the March dates are too soon. The April dates work for me. Suggestions:
Goals:
- encourage cross-pollination
- understand whether / how the Consortium needs to adjust to better serve the community
Agenda:
- updates for the community from Consortium members
- science talks from users illustrating how they use the model
- discussion of what the community's needs are
@CICE-Consortium/devteam please add your availability (including whether additional dates in April/May are needed as options), and also your thoughts/ideas on the workshop goals and agenda to achieve them.
