Use WP 3.5 media uploader for default image (if available) about wpfbogp HOT 5 CLOSED

I'm fine with that but I'm also not concerned with this working for 2.1. can be pushed unless we have definitive code to make it work. From LSPED project perhaps?

I'd like to mention how low priority this is atm. I don't want an uploader to break the ability to just add an image url as a lot ppl simply add their twitter icon link or something similar. It's an option to have but I have bigger worries... like the title/desc filtering breaking on AIOSEO and even Yoast now sometimes etc.
This is something good to add as a feature branch down the road but I'd like to focus on other stuff when Andrew and I do have time. 👍

I've already implemented this on a project we had, so once we get to this point I'll just integrate that code. But yeah we got plenty of other issues to fix first.
