As the commit describes, fixed for next update. Next update will be uploaded to BukkitDev within the next few hours, at which point I am afraid it will most likely take a few days to be approved and deemed 'risk-free'.

Until the new update is approved, you can manually create your config.yml

• In your plugins/King_of_the_Hill folder, create a new .yml file named config.yml (Make sure it is not saved as a config.yml.txt file)
• Add 3 basic lines

global: {}
classes: {}
arenas: {}

• Save config.yml and put back in your plugins/King_of_the_Hill folder
• Restart your server.
