Maybe it's just me, but this doesn't seem like an actual issue, per se. Informational, certainly, and potentially helpful, but still seems to be in the wrong place.

No, its not an actual bug, but it's just here for information, because there's nowhere else to put it. Where will be the right place to put it ?
