awscli
By installing, you accept licenses for the packages.
awscli not installed. The package was not found with the source(s) listed.
Source(s): 'https://community.chocolatey.org/api/v2/'
NOTE: When you specify explicit sources, it overrides default sources.
If the package version is a prerelease and you didn't specify--pre
,
The error is being shown as the aws-cli
package does not exist on the Chocolatey Community Repository. The package you are probably looking for is awscli
(note no dash).

Hello @pauby
Thank for your reply.
I was using the "awscli" only while installing the awscli from powershell CLI. Anyways, the only purpose of reporting was to have track on such issues and alternative way of installing "awscli" , if it fails to install while running "choco install awscli" from the powershell CLI.
If nobody else has reported this issue or if their is a way we find that the issue persisted during certain time period and if that's been resolved now, then we are good to mark this as close.
