Support stdin post-launch about distant HOT 5 CLOSED

We may be able to avoid this in favor of #11 and #10 where we could do...

distant launch example.com --print-session | distant active copy x y

But I'm not sure how we'd make an interactive session. The launch command above may also have the ssh command fed into the active command, which wouldn't work.

Simplest way would be to refactor the loop logic for action into a separate module that can be shared between launch and action.
