LSP content not captured properly about distant HOT 4 CLOSED

Calling read(&mut buf) with let mut buf = [0; 1024]; seems to work for capturing stdin and stdout/stderr and relaying without blocking.

Need to revise the JSON mode to continue to collect input into a string until a newline is encountered as it is expecting a complete json structure on a single line.

Fixed with v0.7.0 release of distant. Still need to get a basic implementation working and it appears that nvim-lspconfig is launching for those filetypes alongside my own manual attempt.
