请提供一下服务端和客户端的log，另外服务器如果网卡地址不是直接分配到公网ip的话(用ifconfig看)，服务端参数需要改成网卡上的那个ip

无论有没开启noseq开关都一样。服务器也有公网ip，入站数据没有防火墙阻挡，只设了一条规则：
iptables -I INPUT -p tcp --dport -j DROP

客户端上级的路由器防火墙有没有需要打开的限制？

可以了，我把client的本地监听地址不用127.0.0.1就可以了，谢谢
