This project is a sentiment analysis on Twitter Airline text data. By conducting analysis and prediction on sentiments, users could gain more insights on customers’ experience, satisfaction level, and business profitability. The main goal of the project is to derive sentiments from the twitter text narratives. The first part is to exploit exploratory data analysis and transform the dataset for further use. Then, three models were applied to the cleaned data in order to obtain general trends, derive predictions, and reach better performance.
