More cleanup. Modern version of rubygems do this automatically. This is on a fresh Windows 2012r2 box with just ChefDK and chef-vault installed:

-i, --item ITEM Item to decrypt in vault MANDATORY
-a, --values VALUES Values of item to decrypt in vault MANDATORY
