Do we need to implement test launchers as test launcher for diff.grovy already tests patch-diff-report-tool with all arguments?

This is old issue, before groovy.
It enough to has test launch only for groovy.

@romani I think you accidentally re-opened this. I will close as we have one CI for clean install which will run tests and codestyle.

@romani Just to clarify, I believe this issue is only for patch-diff-report-tool specifically (going by title and other comments) which is not groovy and not related to #177 .
