Just to add more context:
3.4.0 was failing. We upgraded to 3.5.2 and same problem.

Hey @amesas, I bumped into the same issue after upgrading to 3.5.2 from an older version. The update seemed to only partly work and threw some warnings related to node.
Here's what I did to fix it: I updated both my Node version to 20.x and Yarn to 3.x. After that, I ran the update once more using cwctl.

Hello, i'm having the same issue with 3.5.2
apparently it started working after enabling twilio's HTTP Auth for the media content.
on the other hand, you have to refresh the webpage every time someone sends an image to see it
