Hi,
This error is caused by issues with your environment. Cocoapods is unable to find some Ruby functions. Have you done the steps mentioned in the issues:
LoadError - cannot load such file -- cfpropertylist
CocoaPods/CocoaPods#6382 [closed] [6 comments]
To try to resolve the error?

No! This doesn't help!
I tried to instal and uninstall Cocoapods and CFPropertyList but the same think happened!
I'm using default version of ruby: Ruby : ruby 2.0.0p648 (2015-12-16 revision 53162) [universal.x86_64-darwin16]

I think you need to look for support on the CocoaPods Github page. This appears to be a problem with CocoaPods and your system configuration rather than the Chat SDK.
