In class ShopifyVariant we need to add missing @xmlelement annotation:

@XmlElement(name = "inventory_quantity")

@laamlatay shopify recently released multi location. The withAvailable used to work in the old way before they introduced this change(and for some stores is still this way). Currently the inventory_quantity on the variant is just a read only aggregate of the quantities at all locations.

They introduced inventory levels api's which this SDK supports. You can use

updateInventoryLevels(...).

It requires the inventoryItemId(returned for the variant after creation), quantity, and the location Id you want to set the quantity for the update

I'm going to close this out as this is expected behavior.
