Remove redundant rows from Table 2 about csas-latex HOT 2 OPEN

Table 2 has twice as many rows as it needs, similar to #89.

We have to add another column to this one as well.
AM1 has the same prior for q1 and q2 Normal(0.566, 0.274) but AM2 has different priors for q1 Normal(1.000, 1.000) and q2 Normal(1.000, 0.010). So I guess we needed 'q1 Prior (mean, SD)' and 'q2 Prior (mean, SD)' columns. This is why there was the extra rows to begin with...

This is not the case for the other table that was fixed because I gave both q1 and q2 the same priors for AM1 and AM2 for the sensitivity analysis.
