Color prompt support about cgdb HOT 4 CLOSED

Thanks to Michael Sartain this has been implemented in master.

A release will probably be done in a month or two with this feature.

I believe that the CGDB devs are currently looking at implementing proper support for this, however for the time being I've written a hacky patch: zed0@b0bd82e
It's likely to be extremely buggy, but it should give you both colors in your prompt and parse the colors in output from programs that may be running.
Note that there's every possibility that this will produce false positives, and if you happen to have something in your gdb output that looks sort of like an ANSI code that it will be assumed to be one.
