Hello @richelieu-yang ,
I suppose you have not encoded data properly on the client side before passing it to rpc call: see in centrifuge-js readme. Could you check?

This looks non-obvious though. Opened an issue to consider improving current behaviour by throwing exceptions on client side: centrifugal/centrifuge-js#283
We have this in Python SDK and it seems helpful to have in Javascript one too.
