Aint accurate pal. No option (yet) for Disabling or Hiding Information when Loading a Game and its Shaders. In Overlay all there exists are toggling Shader Compilation hints, Notifications and such

My mistake, I couldn't imagine anyone wanting to watch a static screen in preference to seeing a progress bar.

I know, and that person is me. A Pull Request exists to likely enable the Boot Sound from desired game like on Wii U to make the Static Screen not feel empty
