Experienced working in the shoe industry for more than 4 years. People know me as a responsible person, strong at analyzing problems, good teamwork, and strong attention to detail. As someone who loves data analysis and management, I currently work in the business unit department which includes business planning and export management administration. Apart from that, I have a high interest in studying web development and UI design, because it suits my passion and college major.

• Analyze employee needs with production needs.
• Arrange production schedules so that exports are on time.
• Prepare daily production targets.
• Create incoming and outgoing bottom material reports.

• Create and prepare shipping and customs export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, customs declarations and other documents.
• Ensure compliance with import-export laws and regulations by staying updated on changes in customs requirements and assisting with customs clearance procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of import and export transactions, including invoices, shipping documents, and customs declarations.
• Monitoring payment process thru SAP System Monitoring Delivery Instruction.
• Communicate with shipping agents (Maersk, Kuehne Nagel, DHL, Nippon, APLL) etc.
• Communicate with customers (Nike).
• Coordinate with finance and accounting departments to ensure accurate and timely payment of import duties, taxes, and freight charges.
