这个，我猜应该是一些lagency code吧？在readme中也有提到过这个project是基于TransReId项目开发的，TransReId是在街景照片中分辨人群中不同个体的，或许继承于此。
我也很好奇为啥原作者没有把这几个变量删掉。。。确实感觉没什么用啊
