Whitelist not applied to API files about api-server HOT 4 CLOSED

The issue causing this is that the website applies the file whitelist as a filter to which assets are shown, but the API is simply listing every file that we have in the cdnjs repo, not filtered by those that are available on the CDN once the whitelist is applied.

I think the best solution here would be to do the following:

Apply the file whitelist filter to the API (libraries/:id).assets[].files, but then add a new attribute such as (libraries/:id).assets[].rawFiles that is not filtered for those that wish to see all files that exist for a version of a library on cdnjs.
