installation on ubuntu-18.04 about autodock-vina HOT 4 CLOSED

Could you detail a bit more about the issue and how did you come to the conclusion that Vina does not work? Thanks.

Hi,

I did the installation properly. But I get "Command 'vina' not found" error when I try to run it on terminal:

(vina) qasim@qasim:~$ vina -h

Command 'vina' not found, but can be installed with:

sudo apt install autodock-vina

Currently, the python bindings and the binary installation are two separate processes. The installation of the python bindings does not include the Vina executable, and vice versa (see warning box at the beginning the installation instructions).

I have installed the python bindings of vina in google colab by using !pip install vina. I have also placed the binary in the content folder and Alias it. However, the python is not generating any output. Plz help.
