Hi Simon,
I guess the close icon is positioned behind your fixed menu bar!?
What kind of device and software you have?

Lightcase has a seperate fullscreen mode and style for mobile devices. Your menu bar on top is on a higher z-index level than lightcase and the icon probably would be positioned behind your menu bar.

Now, there are 2 possible solutions for you:

  1. Give a higher z-index value to lightcase.
  2. Disable option 'fullScreenModeForMobile'

Hi Simon

I would ask you whether I can close this issue or not. Does it work now for you? I guess the bug is caused from your side.

Thank you for a short reply.

no, it also happens on the demo page (http://www.cornel.bopp-art.com/lightcase/demo/) - the icons aren't shown on mobile devices.

Hi Simon

This screen shows the correct view. It only has the icon right on top to close and images uses the full available with. It's a fullscreen mode simulation.

For going to next or previous images, you are just able to swipe.

If you want to disable this view, you can set disable option 'fullscreenViewForMobile'.

Or just make the prev/next buttons visible again via the css.
