"JavaScript error(s) occurred " Bug on Template Generation about server HOT 3 CLOSED

Was testing creating a new template based on the video Jonas made and also had this problem. Windows 7 64bit Professional, Flash 6 Professional. I tried going and looking at the brew2_0.jsfl file. I basically did an "if (true) return;" as the first thing in the generate function and still get the "The following JavaScript error(s) occurred:", so I'm of the opinion that it might be outside of the brew2_0.jsfl file. If there is anything else you'd like for me to try, I can do that.

Andreas: What is the idea behind changing the document to enable revert? Can the bug be related to this?
I also noticed that on my OSX CS6 installation the generated settings files are located at:

en_us/windowSWF

all alone, but the rest of the generator is inside

en_us/Cofiguration/windowSWF

Also, everything else in config is inside Configuration, so the settings placement outside is "wrong". But I see the files are being read and written, so I guess if every reference to settings go to the same place, then everything is in order.
