I'm not sure why you need suggestions. You're already abstracting away User and Role operations using interfaces and providers. You simply need to do the same / similar with the areas mentioned above (and perhaps others, I didn't do a full code audit when I posted this).
If you want to build a framework-agnostic library, you can't suggest using the framework-specific code in your documentation. That alone is a smell that says the lib isn't fully agnostic yet. Now I haven't followed Sentinel development a ton over the past few months, maybe some of this has been added. But if not, it should be a priority.
