Suggestions about cardinalcss HOT 2 CLOSED

I like your first suggestion, though I'm not a huge fan of word-wrapping pre, code, and samp tags, because you usually want to display exactly what is between those tags, without alternations. I actually make sure to unset hyphenation on pre tags, by default. Also, I think div is a bit too "general purpose"; that tag is often used in many different cases, and hyphenation may not be desirable in some of those cases.

Cardinal already implements your second suggestion; it zeroes-out the top margin for all of those elements, just in different places.

Added the following to Cardinal as 0.2.1:
