Mmmmmm...

If I change the js file included on the jsfiddle shown above ("main" branch) and paste the "dev" version, it will fails. In the other hand, changing the line:

$('body').tooltipster('hide');

By this new one:

$('#form_edit').find(':input').tooltipster('hide');

Works fine! So I think you can close this issue because it is already solved in "dev" branch.

Thanks! :)

Hello,

great, that's exactly what I was going to ask you to try. The dev version is a lot ahead of master, we just need to update the doc before releasing.

As far as the $('body').tooltipster('hide') line is concerned : you made a good guess changing it. This behavior on children has been dropped on the dev branch because it was inefficient (and fortunately undocumented except for an example).

Beware though that calling a tooltipster function on an element that does not use tooltipster will throw an error. So the $('#form_edit').find(':input')selector may be an issue if a matched input has no tooltipster. The easy way out is to put some "tooltip" class on your inputs that use tolltipster and just call $('.tooltip').tooltipster('hide');
