You are trying to do a method call (parseCriteria()) on a model that does not have that method, or a behavior with that method attached.
Either your User model is an AppModel instance (your actual model could be named wrong, in the wrong place or file permissions are wrong) or you have not attached the behavior that should be providing this method.

Thank you dogmatic69, I had a name conflict in my app between "Search.Searchable" behavior and an other called "Searchable" in another plugin...
