Players get out of combat tag too soon when using a blink spell about combattagplus HOT 10 CLOSED

I have a fix for this. I'm waiting on this PR to be merged: #72

But if you're interested in fixing it locally, you can cherrypick this commit from my fork:

Yep -- it has support for 1.7 through to 1.10, including 1.9 and 1.9.4 . You're good to go!

Did want to mention, once you install this version on your server add this line to your CombatTagPlus config file:

untag-on-plugin-teleport: false
