"github-buttons": "^2.8.0"
}
Latest 2.14.4 will satisfy ^2.8.0. On a new installation the latest will automatically be picked. For an existing installation, try remove react-github-btn and then reinstall react-github-btn, it should update its dependency.
Since this is not a security related issue, I don't think it's necessary to bump up.
