Nein, das kann ich mir nicht vorstellen. Schließlich werden hier ja nicht Vector Tiles sondern nur daraus gewonnene Informationen gespeichert und weiterverarbeitet.
Außerdem handelt es sich dabei um Daten die unter EU Directive 2019/1024 fallen und damit Open Data sein müssten.

Die Formulierung auf der adv-smart.de Seite ist sowieso etwas schwammig, denn zur Darstellung der Daten in der Webkarte werden die Tiles auch heruntergeladen und gespeichert. Und ja, die Datenquellen sind natürlich frei, aber ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob das zwangsläufig auf daraus abgeleitete Daten zutreffen muss.
